Visitors take part in the Lottery by writing their contact details on tickets available at the Info Desks. Participation is free to visitors to the show. Lottery draws take place at 14:00 on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Prizes are given from least expensive to the first prize rifle. The sponsor can draw the ticket and hand over the prize. Cash vouchers to be redeemed at your stand can also be given. Sponsor logos will be included on the Lottery ad to be posted on the website and HuntEx Facebook page. At the prizegiving venue you may use pull-up banners or any other form of marketing. Send photos of your prize to be posted on our Facebook page. Any number of prizes can be sponsored per day. Exhibitor Advertising & PromotionThere are a variety of ways in which exhibitors can promote themselves and their services to visitors both before and during HuntEx2018. Advertising at the show is limited to booked exhibitors only.

Hall 5 entrance wall

Fabric banners (1500mm high x 5000mm wide) can be hung across the ramp to Hall 3. Each banner must be hung with aluminium poles along the top and bottom so the banner hangs straight.

Hall Banners and Trussing
Banners will be hung by our preferred service provider Gearhouse. Orders will be placed directly with them. You are welcome to use your own contractor to hang the banners.

Banners delivered later than this will not be hung.
Banners may only be hung above the stands of exhibitors. No banners may be hung in the aisles.
If a stand is against or under a wall, the banner may be hung against the wall.
The banners hung above the stand must refer to the exhibitor or products on that stand.
The exception to the rule is the Link.
Banners remain the property of the exhibitor and may be collected from Gallagher on Wednesday 2 May 2018 or be couriered at the exhibitor's cost.

Branding can be applied to certain windows, stairs, toilets, toilet cubicle doors, floors.
Material used may not damage Gallagher property in any way and must be easily removed. No charge is levied for this type of advertising although it must be reserved.
Printing and production is at the exhibitor's cost.
Pop-up and other standing banners may only be placed outside main halls and NOT in any aisle anywhere inside expo halls. Banners and sharkfins placed there will be removed.
